Hotel Phileas Lazare & Spa - Opera - Paris

We got a free upgrade and the room was super clean and cozy with a comfy bed. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the high quality breakfast with fresh omelettes. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city or catching the metro, literally just across the street.

It would've been better if the room was a bit bigger.

The breakfast every morning was nice.

We reported it, but the issue was never addressed, leading to water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. This lack of maintenance is unacceptable! To top it off, the air conditioning was stuck on the coldest setting as the room stayed at a chilling 60 degrees.

Loved the unique Jules Verne decor

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was great just next door to a major rail station, the shopping areas, and Lafayette gallery. Fab food in the restaurant, enjoyable breakfast with lovely cheeses and the capuccino, for instance. Smooth check-in and good service.

The complimentary afternoon cake and crepes were such a delightful surprise! 🍰 Although the A/C didn’t work properly and we opened the window instead, the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

The room was on the smaller side but super comfy. The bed was amazing, and the pillows too-I want to buy them! There were two windows letting in light and fresh air. Everything was clean, and there were nice touches like a kettle and coffee. The AC was decent but not perfect, had a bit of trouble keeping the room cool on warmer days.

Good escape, ideal if you desire personalized service and easy access to local attractions.

The location was a dream, just a two-minute stroll to the metro. Our room was quite generous in size, decorated with a unique Jules Verne theme that added a whimsical touch to our stay. Plus, we were treated to complimentary afternoon cake and good live music during breakfast-it elevated the experience!

The room was fantastic, with a cozy armchair alongside a separate desk for planning our Paris adventures. The thoughtful touches, like the tea set and complimentary Rituals amenities . Afternoon tea with cakes was an unexpected delight that we enjoyed more than once!

I loved the hospitality of the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. The location is amazin, right by the metro and train station. Room was clean and comfy, had all the stuff we needed like nice toiletries and a coffee machine. Breakfast was yummy with fresh pastries and coffee, and the afternoon snacks in the lobby were a nice surprise. The decor was really cool and unique!

The noise from the street was kinda bothersome at night.

The location is fantastic, right by Gare St-Lazare. The room was cozy and had great amenities like a coffee machine, tv, and complimentary bottle of water. I loved the clean, spacious bathroom with Rituals toiletries. Also enjoyed the yummy breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. Perfect for a family stay!
